Biography
N. Mauricio Reznik, Esq. is the principal and an attorney at Reznik Law Group. Mr. Reznik has extensive experience in the areas of civil and business litigation, corporate formation and cross border disputes.
Mr. Reznik has successfully represented a wide array of clients from inception of a case through trial. He has extensive experience in motion practice and has resolved numerous matters through motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. He has also negotiated complex settlements of litigation and has moved cases to resolution through mediation. With Mr. Reznik’s vast experience as to common corporate issues and pitfalls, he has successfully advised many businesses from startups to multimillion-dollar corporations as to corporate formalities, litigation and contracts. Being fluent in both English and Native Spanish, has allowed Mr. Reznik to represent many international and Hispanic clients with their personal and business needs.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Reznik was an associate at Contreras Law where he practiced business and civil litigation. He currently serves as of counsel for Contreras Law and assists them with trial work.
Mr. Reznik is an honors graduate from Tufts University in Massachusetts where he studied Economics and International Relations. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he was the recipient of the Best Legal Brief award from the University of San Francisco’s Moot Court academic program.
In his free time Mr. Reznik enjoys spending time with his twin boys and staying active by participating in running events and triathlons. Mr. Reznik is a member of Team Hoyt San Diego, a non-profit that aspires to build the individual character, self-confidence and self-esteem of America’s disabled young people through inclusion in sports, running races, and triathlons.
